John Armstrong is former Financial Services Industry Lead for KPMG Canada and former Financial Services Managing Partner for Accenture Canada, and a current Senior Fellow at the C.D. Howe Institute. He has over thirty years of experience advising the financial services industry, with expertise in enterprise and business unit strategy, M&A support, cost transformation, AI, and technology development and implementation.

John Doig is a senior financial services executive with 25+ years of leadership experience in retail banking, marketing, customer growth, and enterprise transformation. A former Scotiabank EVP, Retail Sales and Chief Marketing Officer, he led major growth initiatives including Scene+ and the Scotiabank Arena partnership. He brings executive education relevance in sales, marketing, operations, and customer-focused leadership.

Dr. Cindy Gordon is the CEO of SalesChoice Inc., a company specializing in Ensuring Revenue Certainty for Human Advantage, using AI and Gen AI Methods. She is a global AI thought leader with 30+ years in business modernization, and has won over 20+  awards for advancing Responsible AI. A former Executive at Accenture and Citicorp, with IB and Venture Capital Expertise, she has authored 14 books, most recently The AI Precipice: An Executive Guide to Balaancing Innovation and Safety. Her expertise focuses on AI and Data Modernization, anchoring Responsible AI and driving innovation through scalable AI solutions that deliver a postive ROI. 

Kelley Irwin is a Board Director, Strategic Advisor, and former CIO with more than 40 years of experience leading technology and business transformation. She advises CEOs and Boards on Technology Governance, AI, Cybersecurity, Digital Innovation, and execution of complex strategic initiatives. A published author and frequent speaker, Ms. Irwin is recognized for helping organizations translate emerging technology into practical business outcomes.

Raj Kothari is a former Vice Chair of PwC Canada and Managing Partner for the Greater Toronto Area, with over 40 years of global experience in assurance, advisory, and transaction services across financial services and asset management.  He has led major client relationships, shaped industry practices, and brings extensive board experience across financial institutions and leading Canadian organizations. 

Brian Lenahan, DBA (ABD), is Founder and Chair of the Quantum Strategy Institute, and a recognized thought leader in emerging technologies, with expertise in translating AI and quantum innovation into practical executive education and workforce strategies. A bestselling author, advisor, and university instructor, he brings deep experience in curriculum development, thought leadership, and enabling organizations to prepare for next-generation capabilities. 

Dr. Bob Mark is the Managing Partner at Black Diamond and also serves on several boards and investment committees. Previously, he led treasury/trading activities and served as a Chief Risk Officer at tier-one banks. Dr. Mark was the partner in charge of a top-tier accounting company's Financial Risk Management Consulting practice, is the founding executive director of the MFE program at UCLA, a past GARP Risk Manager of the Year, and a co-founder of PRMA. He is an  award-winning author and educator.

Doug Wilkinson is a retired Vice Chair of Deloitte Canada with deep experience in enterprise risk, major client leadership, and executive technology relationships. His background includes senior sponsorship of CIO/CTO-level programs and long-standing relationships across Canadian enterprise leadership, making him a strong fit for strategic partnerships, sponsor development, and executive credibility with major institutions.

Susan Cook brings 20+ years of Management Consulting experience leading global Organizational Change transformations across Financial Services, Energy, Public and Non-Government industries based in the US (Accenture, Deloitte), Africa (Accenture) and SE Asia (TCS). Her specialties include Leadership Development, Executive Stakeholder Management, Strategic Change Management, Enterprise-wide Transformation, and Project Management. 

Madi Mantha is a strategic Technology Executive with 25+ years of experience driving Digital Transformation and Enterprise AI adoption. With leadership roles at Deloitte, IBM, and Element AI, she specializes in aligning Technology with business value. As Founder of Mantha Advisory, she guides organizations in scaling AI with a focus on Change Management and long-term impact. Formerly a Senior Deloitte Partner, she led AI product teams and launched the firm’s internal Data Office. Ms. Kamal holds Engineering, MBA, and Public Policy degrees, and is completing a PhD in Economics. She advises Fortune 500 and Public sector clients globally, driving large-scale Technology transformations through innovation and strategic insight.

Keith Walter is a Senior Actuary and Financial Services Executive with 40+ years of global experience in Insurance, Pensions, and Investments. He has held CFO and Managing Consultant roles, including 10 years in Asia advising major Life Insurers. Passionate about Mentorship and Team Development, Mr. Walter continues to shape the Actuarial profession. His strategic insight in Risk Management and Financial Strategy supports long-term growth for Insurers and Financial Institutions. 

Karim Rajwani is a Financial Crimes Consultant with 40+ years of experience in Compliance, AML, and Risk Management. He has held Senior roles at Scotiabank, RBC, and Deutsche Bank, leading global Financial Crime programs. A Chartered Accountant in Canada and the UK, Mr. Rajwani has advised on National Security and serves on Non-profit and Financial Boards. He is a trusted Expert in Regulatory frameworks and Anti-Trafficking initiatives, advancing Governance and global Compliance.
